We had our 20 week anatomy scan today! It’s crazy to think that this baby has already been growing for 4 ½ months, and I’m halfway through this pregnancy. I guess it’s time to start getting things ready!
Everything looked good on the ultrasound, and we were able to find out the gender. We’re gonna have to hold off on bows and dolls and all things pink for a while, because we’re having a BOY!
Derek and I had both been thinking we were having a boy, but now it’s definitely confirmed. Derek asked the ultrasound tech how sure she was, and she said 100%. I guess I’m going to be outnumbered in our house for a while 🙂
Like I said, I’m starting to feel the pressure to really get ready for this baby. I feel like the first half of this pregnancy flew by, and I don’t want the rest of the time to fly by without getting some things done. I haven’t really had any morning sickness since about 10 weeks, so I’m feeling good and we’re excited! Now I just need some motivation to go through our stuff and get the nursery started 🙂
No bows and dolls, but maybe bows and arrows. 🙂
