First of all, thanks so much to everyone who has given us their congratulations! I’m once again reminded that we have so many great and loving people in our lives. Thank you all!
A lot of people have been asking us questions, so I thought I’d put together a “FAQ” and answer some of them 🙂
1. When is your due date?
I’m due January 5. Hoping to not have a Christmas or New Year’s baby!
2. How far along are you?
13 weeks.
3. When can you/are you guys going to find out the gender?
We can find out at 18 weeks, but we’ll be out of the country…so then we can find out at 20 weeks. We haven’t decided for sure if we’re going to find out or not though.
4. Do you think it’s going to be a boy or girl?
Yes. Just kidding. I don’t think we have any strong feelings either way.
5. How have you been feeling?
Pretty good! I had about a month or a month and a half of feeling pretty nauseous and throwing up, but the last week or so has been a lot better. Now I pretty much only throw up after brushing my teeth (super pleasant, I know).
6. Was this planned?
Haha, I kind of like the people who are brave enough to ask this question. Yes, this was planned. We’ve actually been trying for a while, and I’ll write more about that later.
7. Are you nervous?
I think at this point we’re more excited, but I’m sure the nervousness will come as it starts to seem more real.

Congratulations….i love your announcement pictures…Praying for a wonderful healthy happy and joyous child. My 2 cents worth is dont find out ahead. The surprise is sooooooo wonderful!!! Love you.
